Taco Trailer
Pump up the fun with an experience like no other! Our taco trailer is pulled behind our catering van and includes a full taco line and service counter.
With our taco trailer, we execute Centro’s Grab & Go taco style or work to find a custom solution for your event. The taco trailer operates like a food truck, just without the 4 walls.
This option has an additional hourly labor charge per staff member and staffing levels are at the discretion of Centro based on providing the best service.
Tacos
Details:
Our staff will build tacos on site and have a designated pick-up area where your guests will grab their tacos to take back to their seats (or wherever they’ll be mingling!).
This option includes 3 taco choices and chips and salsa. We will continuously build tacos as your guests help themselves.
