Our staff will build tacos on site and have a designated pick-up area where your guests will grab their tacos to take back to their seats (or wherever they’ll be mingling!).

This option includes 3 taco choices and chips and salsa. We will continuously build tacos as your guests help themselves.

This option has an additional hourly labor charge per staff member and staffing levels are at the discretion of Centro based on providing the best service.

Includes: Napkins, plates, silverware, serving utensils, chafers and sternos.

We had Centro cater for our wedding and are SO glad we did!! The whole process was smooth and stress-free, from booking to the flow for dinner to having the leftovers boxed up.
