Our staff will set up your catering with everything you need for your guests to build their own tacos. Staff will maintain the buffet, including making tortillas on-site.

Nacho Bar
Details:
Housemade tortilla chips, lettuce, pickled red onion, pickled jalapeno, hot queso, salsa, crema, cilantro, and lime
Choose one protein: Chicken tinga, braised beef, seasoned ground beef, pork carnitas, or black beans
Extra protein or toppings available upon request!
For an additional fee, clients can add Centro staff to maintain and replenish the nacho bar.

Rice Bowl Bar
Details:
Seasoned rice, lettuce, pickled red onion, pickled jalapeno, salsa roja, pico de gallo, crema, queso fresco, cilantro
Choose 1 protein: Chicken tinga, braised beef, seasoned ground beef, pork carnitas, or black beans
